I visit the nurses here for ongoing Parkinson's care and they are very good.

The A&E department is awful to the point where I didn't feel safe.

I was waiting 3 hours for treatment in A&E after being brought here by an ambulance.

The service I received from Heartlands Hospital's orthopaedic department has been really great. The staff were all friendly and the consultant was very good. They communicated very well despite the language barrier and they explained that they would advise me to have knee surgery. They told me that the waiting list was not too long and I am expecting it to be carried out in March 2025. I am very happy with the level of care and service I have received.

I stayed here for a week with nothing to do. I was in bed all day and asked the staff for a paper and they just told me "no, we're here for you but can't get you that".

My experience here has been pretty bad especially with the parking. I brought my disabled mom here after waiting nearly a year to get her an appointment. The parking was so bad that we couldn't get to the appointment on time. It's really awful.

Parking here is horrendous. The car park is really not great and I'm not the happiest with the service at the hospital itself either.

I stayed at the inpatient respiratory unit for 3 weeks and it was a horrendous experience. They don't clean the floors regularly so nowhere is clean and they don't change the bedding every day. Some of the staff are good and the actual treatment was good but some of the staff really just don't care.

I am happy with the care I received when I was admitted with sepsis.

I came here after I noticed reduced baby movements. I was seen very quickly and they reassured me. I had a scan sorted within 72 hours and everything went well.
