Excellent urgent treatment centre

NHS 111 made an appointment for my young son, because our GP surgery did not have any available appointments. We did not wait long to be seen and the doctor was very good. My son needed antibiotics. The only problem with the service is the distance, my GP surgery is local but we had to travel to the other side of Solihull to attend the appointment.

I have been receiving ongoing bowel cancer treatment here. I have been very happy with the care I have received. The doctors and nurses are marvellous.

I have had good care, treatment and support from the oncology department. I am recovering from an operation that was carried out here. The doctors and nurses have been helpful and informative.

My experience of the hospital is very good. The staff are very helpful, and the facilities are very clean. The doctors and nurses are very good, I had recent appointment with a doctor, during my appointment he brought in a specialist nurse. They had lovely manner and we had a good laugh during the appointment which makes appointments so much better for me.

They have a great parking scheme for people who are disabled and have a blue badge. There is ample parking and it is free if you show the parking attendants your blue badge.

Attended for an X-ray, was seen very quickly and experience was good.
