The neurology department could not help me

I was referred to the neurology team at Solihull Hospital. I was given medication. I do feel that the staff tried their hardest to help me, but I was not given a diagnosis and was referred back to my GP which was disappointing.
Poor service from the rheumatology department

My experience of the rheumatology department at Solihull Hospital has been poor. The service has been rubbish! My appointments are by telephone and I am hard of hearing which makes them very difficult for me.
Parking is difficult for wheelchair users

My experience of Solihull Hospital has been ok. Parking is difficult. The disabled spaces are often full and parking in a normal bay is very difficult as a wheelchair user.

Excellent professional in neurology

The excellent professional I saw during my neurology department didn't keep me waiting and reassured me throughout. I did have a 6 month wait for the appointment but it was not urgent so that's not a problem

My experience of the dermatology department at Solihull Hospital was overall good.

I was referred to Solihull Hospital for an x-ray and other tests. The service was good but they could not find anything wrong to treat so I was referred to community services for physiotherapy.

I had a CT scan in October 2024 and received a letter to attend another one in January 2025. When I attended the appointment in January after waiting some time to be seen I was approached and told that I did not need another one and that the appointment was made in error. A disappointing service.

I have no complaints or concerns. Everything is good there I haven't had any issues.
