Everything has been positive so far and I have had no problems. The staff have been kind and understanding and every single person I've spoken to has been friendly.
Long wait for referral but happy with care

I had a long wait for my referral appointment but I am happy with the treatment and care provided by the consultant. The staff here are also very nice. I have been told I will receive letters in the post regarding follow on appointments.

They provide a good maternity service. The midwives are very caring and friendly. The consultant is also great and communicates everything well which leaves me feeling reassured.

I visited this hospital with my partner for a scan in the antenatal department and it was a great experience. I was made to feel part of the appointment which made for an amazing moment.

Very good ophthalmology department

The ophthalmology department is very good and the staff are great. I visit every few months and my daughter brings me to my appointment as I can't get here on public transport.
Move departments without telling anyone

Communication from this hospital is awful. They keep moving departments to different areas of the hospital without letting anyone know. The blood department has been moved from the main entrance to the north entrance without telling patients, staff or volunteers. I also don't like that you get 5 minutes in the drop off area before you are at risk of being fined.
