Well looked after during cataract removal

I visited this hospital for cataract removal surgery. The procedure went very well and I was very well looked after. The staff even brought me a cup of tea after the surgery was finished. Overall an excellent experience.

Generally good but one rude receptionist

This service is generally very good but I recently encountered a very rude and unhelpful receptionist. I approached the counter at 7:55am and was abruptly told that they don't open until 8am

Very good care and nurses were lovely

This service was very good throughout my breast cancer treatment. The staff were lovely, in particular the nurses. I was sent to multiple hospitals for this care but I would have preferred treatment at one hospital.

Parking is a nightmare

Cancelled urgent dermatology appointments

I had an appointment in the dermatology department and 10 minutes before I left the house I got a message saying that it had been cancelled. This has happened twice now and I'm still waiting to be seen for carcinoma.

Nobody who could help

When I visited this hospital I was told that there was nobody in the gynae clinic that day that could help with my issue. I was then told to go to the UTC instead.

Happy with care from respiratory team

I recently attended an appointment with the respiratory team and am happy with the treatment and care provided. Parking here is awful though, during my last visit the car park was taken up by workmen's trucks.

Really put me at ease during cancer screening

I recently visited this hospital for a breast cancer screening. My referral came through quickly from my GP and I was seen within 2 weeks. A biopsy was taken and I received the results a few weeks later. This whole process really put me at ease.
