I can never get appointment and I am not sure if it is because of my age. It just impossible to even speak with the receptionists.
The worst GP surgery

I have nothing good to say about this surgery, I have never asked for an appointment and got it straight away. The answer is always no, we cannot book any appointment for you now, you must call at this hour. Then when I call I never get through. Sometimes they tell me to go to A&E or call 111.
Poor quality of care

After I went through a clinical review of my medication, I assumed that they will amend my prescription. Well they did not and I could not order my medications online. I had to call, go to the surgery before they realized they mistakes. Till now I am still unable to order my medications.
Booking appointment for blood test

I cannot believe when they keep telling me my appointment has been missed or its not in the system when they are the ones that booked it. Luckily it just for sugar level and not anything serious.
Receptionists are unhelpful

The receptionists are disgustingly rude, hung up on me when I called to enquire about my inhaler prescriptions, which they had lost. They spoke with me like I was wasting their time and I had to go there to ask them face-to-face. Absolutely appalling.
No consideration for older people

They do not have any reasonable adjustment for elderly people who are deaf and cannot use computer and when I raised it to the receptionist, she said that's how they operate. It's not a fair and inclusive practice.
Booking appointment for anything

It is a nightmare to get booked for anything, I have decided to change surgery soon. This morning I completed the online referral, and then I got told to call the surgery, then I was on hold for 90minutes.
Waiting time for appointment

After a long waiting time on the phone to speak with someone, then I am told to call in the afternoon because they could not assist me. Called back and I was given 3 weeks wait before I get a face-to-face appointment. Because of this I booked a private doctor for a quicker response.
Self-referral process for physio was good

I made a self referral for myself to physiotherapy and it was really good, the service was great and the referral was really quick.
Doctors are uncaring

Wife wrote to MP as we couldn't get appointments.
MP said he had so many complaints of SHP and they wont reply to him so he thought we should contact Ombudsman.
I believe nothing will change. The doctors are uncaring.
