Cannot get pass receptionist

Hopeless, can't get appointment, too many people in a queue. Phone went dead last time and I had to start all over again. The doctor asked me to come in and see her but the receptionist said there was no appointment available.

I can spend the whole morning on the phone just to get appointment. Long waiting time and then you are told there are no appointment for the next 2 weeks.

Waiting to see the doctor and medication

I was given an appointment to see the doctor and it was cancelled. I called for another appointment and they gave me one in three months.

I do not see the same doctor, every time I see a new doctor I have to narrate my medical history to them. I need continuity of care

My parents both have different needs and their medications are different. I have requested that their prescriptions be made at the same but I continue to go to the GP surgery to collect the prescriptions separately

SHP is understaffed and the quality of service has gone down in the last 2 years.
