I went to the A& at heartlands hospital and the receptionist lost the forms I filled in and I was not called up, I went to ask and they told me they did not have my forms. The reception was being rude and disrespectful. The doctors where lovely.

My father waited for four hours in the ambulance outside the A&E before being looked after. He fell and we waited an hour before the paramedics came to the house to see him.

Am homeless and i was discharged from the hospital with any care plan in place for me. I was left on my own. I still have pains and I do not know what to do. I keep going to the A&E for care.
