Awful wait in A&E

I was transported to the A&E department here by ambulance after a fall. I arrived in the early evening but wasn't treated until 7am the next day. When I did receive treatment the care was good but the wait was absolutely awful.

Nice staff but awful facilities

I receive osteoporosis injections here every 3 months. The staff are nice but the facilities are awful with my injections being done in a room that is basically a cupboard. I don't understand why this can't be done at Solihull hospital as it was before the pandemic.

Good treatment but not nearby

I prefer not to use this service due to the journey and parking. That said the treatment I have received here has always been very good.

Absolutely fantastic care in the ICU

I stayed in the ICU for 8 days. The care I received was absolutely fantastic. The staff were very attentive and provided a high standard of care.

Staff too busy to meet needs

I was taken to this hospital for treatment for sepsis. The care was adequate and I made a full recovery but the staff were too busy to fully meet my needs during my stay.

Did not identify cancer

My mother's cancer was missed during multiple visits to this hospital leading to her passing away due to late diagnosis. This service is awful.
