Excellent Ophthalmology Department

I have attended regular appointments and have always had a good experience. The clinic is well run, I am never waiting long and the staff are great.

A nice hospital with great staff

I went for an MRI scan and the appointment went very well. I was seen promptly with no waiting around. The staff were great. The hospital is great, its clean and has good parking.

I have been receiving ongoing cancer treatment at Solihull Hospital. My experience has been very good. I have been very pleased with how well the appointments go. The staff are wonderful.

Good experience in the UTC

I attended the urgent treatment centre with an open wound. I was seen quickly and the nurse cleaned the wound and dressed it. I was happy with the care and treatment received.

Good service but comments worried me

I recently underwent breast screening, and the appointment went very well. Comments made to me during the procedure did cause me some concern though. As a breast cancer survivor I have had lots of check ups and no one has ever said if you get a recall do not panic. When the person said this to me it immediately made me worry that could be a problem.

Referral process is too slow

Patient experience is just awful because of how long we have to wait for an appointment. We are expected to be happy that we have finally seen someone. The waiting times are really unacceptable and people are suffering because of them.
