Fantastic follow on cardiac care

The follow on care I have received here following cardiac care I received after a heart attack in Southampton has been fantastic.

Improved communication would be great

The level of service and care has been good, but there is room for improvement. It is much a much nicer hospital than Heartlands. My problem is with communication from the doctors and consultants. They use lots of big words and I do not know what they mean. It would help if they could explain things simpler at times, and I feel that I would have a better understanding of my diagnosis and treatment.

Wonderful breast cancer service

The breast cancer service here is wonderful from the start to the end of my treatment. I had mammograms, was diagnosed and had an operation and the continuity of care was marvelous. They saved my life.

Good experience attending regular appointment

I attend regular appointments here every 3 months. They provide a very good service. I'm usually seen in good time and I am informed about appointments by email in good time.
