Blood test services is pleasant

I am very happy with the nurse who did my blood test. Usually I will be left with bruises but recently it has been pleasant and super quick.

I have been using this surgery for almost 3 years and I can say that I find it easy to access.
Missing appointments on patient access

Very hard to get appointment, and you get through, there are no appointment left. Missing booking on patients access.

I made an appointment to see GP over the phone. I understood the appointment was on the same day as the phone call, but when I went to the surgery the appointment was for another day on the following week.

Waiting time can be a bit long, but the doctors, nurses and receptionist are always helpful and friendly.

Recently, the appointment has gone better. It used to be extremely difficult to get through on the phone. I have received call back for my enquiries and the response from the GP has improved.
Sent to different surgery after cutting head

I called my surgery after cutting my head and was given an appointment at a different surgery. My surgery is round the corner from me.
Difficult to get access to doctors

Trying to see a doctor face to face is impossible, its looks like they do not want to see their patients again. Phone consultation only especially if the issue doesn't sound serious to the receptionist.
Receptionists are horrible to deal with

Since the pandemic things have changed quit a lot. Receptionists are horrible to deal with, they do not care about anyone but their job position. I feel like they there just to be in employment. They need training on customer service.
Waiting for prescription for weeks

I have been waiting for my prescription for weeks, whenever I call the receptionist tells me they will send it. I feel like they have a lot to do and because of the it has been lost somewhere. Also, blood test results are never communicated straight away, I have call and chase it up myself.
