Great service despite language barriers

I have had no difficulties accessing a GP despite language barriers. The surgery has been very good.
Hard to see a GP

There are never any GP's available to see you, they try and send you to an alternative surgery which is totally inconvenient because of the distance. Its closer for me to go to the hospital.
Difficult to access face to face appointment

Very difficult to get face to face GP appointment. I am told to phone first in order to get face to face appointment but the phone lines are busy from 8am and I wait in a queue to then be told that there are no appointment for the day. It is very frustrating.
Friendly and efficient

Everything from appointment, prescription, blood test and seeing the doctor has been great. The receptionist staff are friendly and helpful.
Great GP surgery

Very impressed with everyone here, especially the receptionist staff. I got my blood test within 24 hours of missing my initial appointment.
Good improvement to accessing GP

It can be difficult to make a non urgent appointment but once I got through the system, Dr Gilafoyle was very good.
Maternity care support

I have been receiving a great maternity support from my GP surgery. The midwife is very nice, my doctor is making sure I get all the support I need. In all, everything is going well.

Phone service has improved, SHP doctors are very good including all the nurses.

The service are great once I am able to get through or when I get any appointment. The doctors here are very caring and understanding. The receptionist lady is also very kind.
