SHP - Grove Surgery

They provide a good service. If I can't be seen here they send me to other surgeries which is better than having to wait longer. The doctors themselves are fine.

It can be difficult to get appointments over the phone which is always very busy. If you call right when they open you can usually get one if really needed though. The triage system works well and saves appointment times. I was prescribed antibiotics over the phone recently which were sent straight to the pharmacy.

They're fine. I get a bit fed up with being sent to different surgeries but otherwise they're okay.

The doctors at Grove Surgery and SHP are very good and provide a good thorough service. I do have a preferred doctor but getting appointments with them can be difficult.

The doctors are very good. My experience with one particular doctor has been outstanding. I try and book appointments with them, but it is very difficult to book with a specific doctor, which is disappointing.

This service is worse now than when it was not in a partnership. It is hard to get appointments, I often ring up and can't get in the phone queue. There is also a lack of continuity of care and I recently saw 4 different doctors for a recent issue. When it comes to being sent to other surgeries I am able to drive there but some people can't.

I have no complaints in general. I haven't had any issues with regards to appointments or prescriptions and to date everything has run smoothly.

They are really good. My appointments are not always with my regular GP but they are still very good.

It can be hard to get in. You call up early and are still 39th in the queue and once you get an appointment it's often not with the doctor you requested. The doctors here are generally good though.

I have received an excellent service so far. The staff and receptionists listen to your queries attentively and answer them calmly on time. I have never had issues with appointments or getting medication and all of the consultations have been professional and high quality.
