I called NHS 111 and they were no help at all. They told me to book an appointment with my GP, the reason for calling was that I could not get an appointment with my GP.

I contacted NHS 111 over the weekend, but I was told that because it was not life threatening I should wait until Monday and book a GP appointment. I was a little disappointed that they did not facilitate an out of hours GP appointment somewhere.
Sorted out ambulance after a fall

I recently had a fall and we called NHS 111. They promptly called for an ambulance to be sent.
A good service that helped me access GP

I had to contact NHS 111 when I could not get an appointment with my GP. The service was good and they advised me that I did need to see a doctor. They sent me a link to book an appointment at Solihull Urgent Treatment Centre. I was happy with the service I received.

I had a good experience of NHS 111. My child became unwell and I called NHS 111 for advice as it was out of GP hours. The call handler was very good and an ambulance was sent. They acted promptly which was pleasing.

I had to call NHS 111. The call handler was pleasant and helpful. I was advised to attend Solihull Hospital's Urgent Treatment Centre and was sent details of how I could book an appointment. I was satisfied with the service.

A fantastic service seen very quickly

Solihull hospital's urgent treatment centre have provided a fantastic service. I came here to avoid a busy A&E department, and was treated as a walk in patient. I was seen, x-rayed and treated within an hour. I am amazed how quickly we have been seen. I am really happy with the service I have received.

I called NHS 111 when I was unable to access a GP appointment at my doctors surgery. The operator was very helpful and I was sent the details to book an appointment at my local urgent treatment centre.
Good advice but denied antiviral medication

They provided very helpful advice but would not give me antiviral medication for COVID despite my status as a carer.
