When I tried to contact them recently I couldn't get through to anyone.

They advised me to go to Solihull Urgent Treatment Centre but they could not do ECGs so they should have sent me somewhere else.

I called NHS 111 over the weekend for health advice and was advised that I should seek treatment from an urgent treatment centre. An appointment was made for me. The service was very good.
Advised to go to A&E

I called NHS 111 following a minor injury resulting from an accident at home. I was hoping that they would arrange for me to visit an out of hours surgery but they advised me to go to Heartlands A&E. It was late and I did not want to sit up there all night so ignored the advice and waited until the next morning to seek medical assistance.

Excellent service - sent an ambulance

I had not been feeling well for a few days with severe pains in my head I then had a funny turn and fell and was unable to move properly. My wife called NHS 111 for advice and they sent an ambulance to me which arrived very quickly. NHS 111 were excellent and provided a great service.

I have used NHS 111 a number of times. I have always found the service very helpful. On one occasion the doctor called me back at 4am which was not great, but other than that I have been satisfied with the service.

I had to call NHS 111 with a dental emergency over the weekend. They were good, they listened to my symptoms and advised me to go to A&E as they were concerned that an infection could lead to sepsis.

Called NHS 111 for advice, they advised me to go to hospital and told me that they would be letting the A&E department know that I was coming in to be seen.

I found NHS 111 very useful, the advice they gave was very accurate, and following their advice treatment was was accessed. A great service.
