They are great especially when I need help for my child. They always facilitate appointments when needed and will advise me where I need to go.

They are absolutely useless. My mum had collapsed and I rang them but it was a nightmare trying to answer their questions so I gave up.

I called NHS 111 when I found myself unable to get out of bed or walk in the middle of the night. They told me that there was nothing they could do for me. They did not tell me to call for an ambulance or anything. A disappointing experience.

They provide a good out of hours service. I recently called due to concerns about my young child and they arranged an appointment at Heartlands hospital.

My experience was very good. I was prescribed steroids and antibiotics over the telephone and the prescription was sent direct to my pharmacy of choice.

They provide a helpful service, though the questions are a little long winded. I was told to visit the urgent care department at Heartlands Hospital.
