Getting in is a nightmare but doctors are great

Getting in is a nightmare and you get sent all over the place. Once you do get in though the doctors are great.

They are good but I don't bother phoning anymore. I go to the surgery at 8:30 instead to get appointments. I can be sent to other surgeries but I don't mind and I am happy with the level of care.

Hassle getting appointments

Getting an appointment here is always a hassle. There are long wait times over the phone especially in the morning. Otherwise they are good with no other specific issues.

The phonelines are a nightmare!

The phonelines are a nightmare and I find it very difficult trying to book an appointment this way. I tend to go to the surgery to book an appointment in person. I am not always successful but I can usually get an appointment when I need one even if I have to wait up to two weeks.

Trying to get an appointment with a doctor is an absolute nightmare! E-Consult has helped but it is still not easy to access an appointment, instead they signpost you to other services which is frustrating.

This service used to be marvellous but has deteriorated significantly. They are still good for vaccinations at least.

Difficulty booking appointments

I find it very hard to book appointments at the surgery. It's hard to get through on the telephone so I often try by going into the surgery. My most recent experience is that no appointments were available and the only advance appointment they could offer was in two weeks time at another surgery which is not convenient. I have been told that I will have to keep trying everyday. The system is very frustrating.
