Waiting to see the doctor and medication

My GP will not see me face to face and am forced to go to A&E for my check ups and medications. No walking centers available for me to go.
Can not get through to receptionist

Long waiting queue on the phone, when I get through reception ask me personal questions and hangs up the phone. I walk into the surgery and no one lets me in. I feel as the doctors do not want to see patients anymore.

Use to be brilliant Drs until it was taken over years ago now can’t get to see ASR’s without waiting ages to get through as working people cannot take time off work to spend the day waiting for dr to ring you back and the dr IQ is a complete waste of time

I am new to the area and new to the practice, my first experience I cannot fault the medical staff, but reception... They need training, most I've had to deal with have been rude, abrupt and lacked general practice information.
