Waiting to see the doctor and medication

I have not seen the Doctor and because of that I have had to go to A&E for my health issues.

I have not seen any doctor for the past 2 years. I keep having phone consultations. The reception is rude and arrogant, they respond to enquiries with wrong answers and refuse to give me an appointment

Diagnose with vascular dementia in 2020 but still not seen a specialist or consultant. I have been in and out of hospital, not had a scan. Am left on my own. When I demand for care its like am asking too much.

Not seeing the GP or doctor for 3 years, I end up going to A&E for something that could have been dealt with by the GP.

Waiting for my blood test and not getting any information about my test results for a long time. My medications are always delayed.

My GP will not see me face to face and am forced to go to A&E for my check ups and medications. No walking centers available for me to go.

Long waiting queue on the phone, when I get through reception ask me personal questions and hangs up the phone. I walk into the surgery and no one lets me in. I feel as the doctors do not want to see patients anymore.

Very hard to get appointment, even before covid. Had so many problems for 8 yrs at least
