Never able to get appointment

You can be on hold waiting to get through to surgery for at least 45 minutes from 8am get through at 8.50 no appointments

Was unable to even get a telephone call by 8.45 in the morning, the receptionist was horrible, tried the best day and was in a queue for over an hour and still didn’t get through. Because of this delay I ended up having to have life saving surgery the next day after calling 111. Have never had a good experience, I’m a receptionist myself and I would never talk to my patients the way they spoke to me.
Can never get through for an appointment.

Poor receptionist attitude, gps not understanding , can never get an appointment been walk in more times than I can remember because I can’t get seen.

Receptionists think they run the place. They decide if you need to be seen, or even spoke to. One in particular is incredibly rude.

The receptionists think they are doctors also they have no telephone manners when you actuay get through thats if you get through sometimes you can be on in the qeue for 30+ mins then get cut off never any appointments overall i dont even knoe how this surgery hasnt been shut down
Deplorable due to Front Line staff

Obnoxious front line staff, office manager is also Obnoxious though only through correspondence as she is never available to speak with. I have 5 yrs of Deplorable behaviour/treatment from the front line staff from refusing to arrange for my 2 week old to be seen ASAP, to being lied to about repeat prescriptions for a serious health issue to being told that 'It is not our problem' when asked what I was meant to do without any medication and what the consequences were for not taking the medication. They are in my opinion unorganised, unprofessional and without doubt unqualified to be advising the surgeries clients regarding health issues. What they seem to not understand is that WE are their Clients they are not providing a free of charge service out of the kindness of their hearts, the NHS which they are not pay the Surgery a monthly fee per registered patient whether they attend the surgery or not therefore the Patients via the Tax we pay, pays their wages which is something that I believe they should take into consideration when dealing with the Patients/Clients. If my staff or I spoke to or had this Deplorable attitude with the business I am employed by we would be reprimanded and would most definitely loose our Clients.

Joined here after leaving another gp and don't regret it! Always helpful and polite! Never had a problem with them

You can't get passed the receptionists,never mind get an appointment.Thats all you get told is,ring back tomorrow.

I have been ringing for a week and unable to get an appointment. I got through at bang on 8am and number 16 in the queue. When i got to speak to someone, not even asked what is wrong with me, all appointments had gone. So how many appointments are actually allocated? 15 does not seem alot at all.
