Unable to get even a call back
Was unable to even get a telephone call by 8.45 in the morning, the receptionist was horrible, tried the best day and was in a queue for over an hour and still didn’t get through. Because of this delay I ended up having to have life saving surgery the next day after calling 111. Have never had a good experience, I’m a receptionist myself and I would never talk to my patients the way they spoke to me.
