Access to doctor's appointment for children

It was very hard for me to see the doctor for my children at any time, I am always being told to call 111 or just come and see a nurse but never a doctor.

I'm mentally disabled, the practice uses every excuse to refuse me healthcare or they make a lot of mistakes with every interaction.
Receptionist responses to my query

I called to ask about my covid 4th booster, and the receptionist was rude and asked unnecessary questions. At the end, I did not get the answers I was looking for. I am still waiting for my appointment for my 4th covid vaccine booster.
They keep cancelling my foot sore treatment

For 18 months, I have been waiting for a nurse to call me for my foot sore. I have been given appointment and they keep cancelling it. I do self-care with the dressings I get from the pharmacy.
Terrible service

I feel frustrated even just talking about it. My health has gone worse because all the healthcare professionals at the surgery have decided not to take me seriously.
Waiting to see the doctor face to face

For 2 years I have been waiting to see the doctor, it has only been phone consultations and online service. At times the receptionist doesn't give me the exact time the doctor will call me, so I don't get any call at all. The nurse will call me, and she will tell me to come in, then a day before I get a message which says appointment cancelled.
