The surgery have been very good during my husband's diagnosis with dementia. They have offered good support and information of available services.

I really do not like that we are expected to tell the receptionist our problems. They are not medically trained and they are not our doctors. It's difficult to get a face to face appointment and lucky to get a call back from a GP. I have had ongoing problems with my repeat prescription system. Following their instructions I drop it off in plenty of time, then allow extra time to collect, because I know from experience that they are rarely ready, and still items are missing and/or not been sent through. This has happened again this week and vital medical items were not sent through the the pharmacy. The service is poor.

I went for advice on contraception. Things were explained to me well and I was given good advice.

My recent experience was not nice. I went for a consultation about contraception and wanted information about going onto the pill. I felt that the nurse was making sly comments towards me for being a young mom rather than guiding me on my choices and what is available.

My experience with this surgery is usually ok. I can normally get what I need.

Staff are nice, service is good but it is hard to get appointments. Sometimes I find it hard to be understood by the staff there.

I can never get an appointment and the staff are not helpful. Its really frustrating and they just do not care.

Most of the staff are nice and helpful but one has been really rude to me which was not a nice experience.

I find the staff very welcoming and kind. They have helped me loads.

Can never get an appointment. I did manage to get a referral to to the hospital for a knee problem but I was waiting so long and could not get an appointment at the surgery while I was waiting so I had no option but to go the A&E department.
