Lack of privacy & problems with prescriptions
I really do not like that we are expected to tell the receptionist our problems. They are not medically trained and they are not our doctors. It's difficult to get a face to face appointment and lucky to get a call back from a GP. I have had ongoing problems with my repeat prescription system. Following their instructions I drop it off in plenty of time, then allow extra time to collect, because I know from experience that they are rarely ready, and still items are missing and/or not been sent through. This has happened again this week and vital medical items were not sent through the the pharmacy. The service is poor.
