I rang the surgery and the receptionist took down my symptoms, she said the doctor would call me back in the afternoon, the doctor called me back went through all my symptoms and advised me what to buy over the counter to help and sent a prescription to my local pharmacy for anti biotic which I picked up an hour later, brilliant service !

Rude, obnoxious staff. Can’t get appointments no matter how hard you try. God help any woman needing to make one for cervical smear. New building wasted on these people. Need to be replaced by staff who care because after all they are in the caring profession but you could of fooled me. Worst surgery I have ever gone to in my life. Please read reviews about this surgery on their web site. Had a terrible experience with this surgery. Was left in tears all day by receptionist. Receptionist rude, obnoxious. Can’t get an appointment to see a doctor. You have to phone on the day early morning for an appointment that day only, no future appointments allowed. Your in line at around number 91 in line and when you finally get an answer no appointments left. I’ve been nothing but messed about by this surgery concerning my son of 28 who needs life time care. Gave up my life to care for and love him at home saving the Government thousands to be treated like something off the sole of your shoe. People are suffering at this surgery and not seen a doctor in years because can’t get an appointment. Women who need cervical smears can’t get seen without an appointment. Sort yourselves out and NHS sort this out too before someone loses their life. So far people I have contacted to look into this have been useless. I’ve documented everything and kept emails of complaints I’ve made concerning this surgery.

Went to gp in mental health crisis due to supply issues. Receptionist said the chemist hadn't returned my prescription to them, was sent backwards and forwards between Gp's and pharmacy. despite being visibly upset, shaking with anxiety and explaining I hadn't got the mental capacity to deal with all of this after being left without medication. the receptionist simply shrugged her shoulders. refused me an appointment and said go to the chemist.

Ive been going back repeatedly over a back problem but was repeatedly told that it was a weight issue without any investigation if it could be anything else.
