Not the best

I rang up as i thought i was due a smear, receptionist said i was due so booked me in. I get there, get undressed, only for the nurse to tell me there was a missunderstanding an i wasnt actually due. I've never felt so humiliated in all my life.
Quick phone response, reception always polite

Never able to get an appointment. Waiting times are ridiculous. Disgusting that you have to tell the receptionist what’s actually wrong with you before your even considered for an appointment. If you don’t agree to tell them what the problem is your told they have none available and to try again the next day in which you get the same response all week. Doctors themselves are generally good the reception staff let down this surgery.
Awful

It’s impossible to get an appointment, the system of no pre-booking is absolutely ridiculous!! Uncaring staff

I often end up phoning and being on hold for 25 minutes to be told when I get through that there are no appointments. This is when I have phoned up bang on 8am, how is it that there are no appointments left? The receptionist will ask what your problem is, this shouldn't be allowed, I don't want to discuss my personal issues with the receptionist, that is why I call for a doctor. And its extremely difficult to discuss over the phone what your issues are, you should have the option of going to physically see a doctor and not to have to describe how you are on the phone, especially as it isn't always possible as you do not know when the doctor will call. I have been at work and had to find a private room to have a discussion, what if I hadn't been able to do this? It's not like I can tell the doctor to call back at a more convenient time as they will not accept this, then you have to go through the whole rigmarole of phoning again the next day to try and get an appointment
Never get past reception or medication
