Can not get through

I try to look after myself but for my mother who is 82 years, it is had to see the doctor. The phone lines are always busy and there are no appointment.

I can't get appointment, can't access the online service, can't access test results. I lost confidence in the services and the doctors don't care anymore

The reception are not responding to calls, I walk in there and they were having tea while the phone was ringing. I confronted them about it and they told me to go back home and keep calling

I have been going to this gp surgery for the past 20 years but these days I can't even go there for anything. I had an operation and after that I have not heard from my GP to check on me. No continuinity of care. No emotional support but they will give me anti-depressant and antibiotics

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2019, I have gone through with surgery and I have my medication. The doctor was available to see me and check on me until 2020. I have not seen them or heard from them since and I feel like am no more on their system. I have called once to get appointment but no results

My husband died and a month later the GP phone called me to ask of him. They never call me to ask how I was coping.

In general accessing services has become more challenging in general. Five minutes per day to make appointments by phone. Can take a number of days to make appointments

great registration and access to service

Moved from previous GP after being denied access to their surgery, treatment.
The registration process was great and smooth and when my situation was explained to the staff they were very understanding
The access to the service has been great and they have referred me to access other health care services.
The GP practice and staff provide a brilliant service.

Can not get through

Awful trying to get past the automated phone system- had to wait 40 minutes and the call got cut off. Too many phone consultations. Doctors are good when you finally see them face to face.
