Waiting to see the doctor and medication

The time scale to see a doctor has expanded a lot, it has been 3 years since I saw a doctor face to face. My problem also the fact that we the patients are being treated like a burden on the government. The response I get from the reception sound negative and with no empathy.

Receptionist was unhelpful

Receptionist are soo rude and unhelpful, they will ask many questions which sometimes it sounds inappropriate. They will ask personal questions before deciding on weather I get to see the doctor or not.

Waiting to see the doctor and medication review

I have been diagnosed with depression in 2020 and because of the covid situation I was put on medication. Now I want to start with different therapy and stop taking the meds. My GP is not seeing me and I have requested for a review and I'm still waiting. In the meantime, I have stopped taking the meds as it makes me feel sleepy all day.

Rude receptionist

I am not happy with how the receptionist ask soo many personal questions before deciding on whether I can see the doctor or not. It is not up to the receptionist to make decisions regarding my health. They can be rude and arrogant too.

Poor communication

I have just come home from the hospital after my operation, I contacted my GP and the receptionist tells me that they don't have my hospital demission letter. I had to call the hospital and ask for it, and after a long wait and struggle I finally got the letter. I have sent it to the GP and I still haven't heard anything back.

bad communication

My husband died 2 years ago and the GP signed the death certificate but they called me 2 months ago and asked for my husband to come in for blood test. I was very shocked that the GP had my husbands details on their system as if he was still alive. It is probably why they never called me to ask how I was coping with my lost.

Waiting to see the doctor and medication

I have been felling anxiety and stressed about things lately, my GP seems to care only for the elderly and not for young adult like me. When the GP call me, they rash to speak with me and am unable to explain myself.

No support

I don't feel there are enough support for me as a woman going through menopause. I have been calling the GP for advice and support but they don't seem to get it.
