I was told by my consultant to attend Solihull Hospital's blood test department to get my blood work done in readiness for my next oncology appointment. I was in and out very quickly and the staff were very friendly. A great service.

I went in a while ago for an endoscopy and have been waiting a long time for the results.

I was referred to Solihull Hospital for a biopsy by my GP. The appointment went well, the staff at the hospital were absolute stars, and really put me at ease. The results were very quick and I was referred on for treatment.

They provide good antenatal care. The midwives here are all friendly and helpful.

I was told by my consultant at Heartlands Hospital to visit the blood test department at Solihull Hospital for my pre-op blood tests. I am very happy with the service I have received at Solihull Hospital. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I found it very frustrating when I attended a rheumatology appointment the doctor/consultant did not know anything about why I was there. I had to sit and explain everything to them. I just find this a waste of appointment time. The appointment went well otherwise.

My experience of the blood testing department at Solihull Hospital has been absolutely brilliant. The staff are very friendly and communication has been good.

I visited this hospital for a scan and they were fabulous.

Everything is pretty straightforward in ophthalmology, they provide a good service.

They are terrible. During my stay in urology I was waiting 13 hours to be seen by a doctor and needed to use the toilet but nobody helped me. They also didn't know how to fit a catheter even though it was the urology department. Once I got out I was given an appointment but then they called and tried to cancel it. I had to say that I am elderly and need to plan things well in advance, then they changed their minds. They called me back again the next day to cancel saying the doctor was off sick. All of the doctors I see just say they don't know what's wrong with me, I feel like they don't care once you're past a certain age.
