Inconvenient to get there

I do not like to be sent to other GP surgeries for my appointments because it is difficult for me to get there. I have requested to be seen by the local GP and yet I keep getting sent to the ones far from me.

When I ring the surgery. Receptionist are always helpful & listen & take action on what I might require.

Good service overall.
Frustrating to have to phone at 8am and then to find that all appointments are all gone.
When my child has been ill, I have been able to get then seen by an on call doctor but at a different surgery.
GPs are very good when you get to see one.

When we contact the surgery even when we are not registered with them, they are very accommodating and feel like they care.
Staff are very friendly. The service and care provided here is good.

The nurse did the bloods and she was good & was helpful. When I asked about seeing a GP, I was informed of the three GP being away on maternity leave and of staff shortage.

Generally the surgery is good.
I had to ring the GP to follow up on blood test result that was done three weeks ago as no one had contacted me. When I spoke to a receptionist she had a look and advised the Dr wanted to see me about the blood test
I had to phone yesterday but was advised as the issue was not urgent they could not make an urgent appointment and to ring the following day in the morning.
I am going to go down to the surgery to discuss and to make an appointment.

Waiting to see the doctor and medication

I have just 1 phone call from the GP. I have been waiting for 2 months to see the doctor. Because I have learning difficulties am unable to express myself. The reception dose not understand me and always brushing me off.

GP is good to me and mum. Very kind and much better then Cheswick Green Surgery. Happy now at Tanworth Surgery. Can see a G.P and no problem.
