This service could be improved. If you ring for an appointment they are all gone by the time you get through. Patches is good but you are sent all over and they don't always tell you which practice your appointment is at on the text messages they send you. The communication in general could be better as they have changed our appointments by half an hour in the past and not told us. The doctors have also not communicated with me regarding my results and now I have to wait for an appointment with a different doctor.

I was sent here by NHS 111 for my chest infection as it is my main practice. I found it difficult to get an appointment though and they asked me to go to village surgery instead.

The receptionists here can be quite rude. I recently witnessed an incident where a vulnerable elderly cancer patient needed help and was just sent away.

It can be difficult to get appointments at your own practice. I am regularly asked if I am able to travel to another practice and while I have a car it can be difficult.

I had a blood test at the clinic here and had no issues. They were brilliant.

Its so difficult to get a doctors appointment. I have had to use NHS 111 and Solihull UTC because access to a GP at Tanworth Lane, or any of the other GPS sites, is virtually impossible.

You can wait on the phone for over 45 minutes then get cut off. When you phone back you are back to number 45 in the queue.

The doctors are good when you see them. It is very hard to get an appointment. Getting past the receptionists is virtually impossible.

I find it very difficult to get appointments here. When I recently called about a cough I was worried about they just told me that they were fully booked.

It can be difficult to get appointments here and I am sometimes offered appointments at other practices. When I have seen a doctor here the appointments have gone well and their emergency service was good when I needed it.
