My needs were not addressed
April 3, 2023
I am not happy with the service provided at this surgery. During a recent visit they failed to address my needs and I was not happy with the outcome.
Very hard to access GP services

It can be very difficult to get an appointment. When you do manage to get an appointment the doctors are very good. Services are not consistent. When I need to see a doctor I often don't bother even trying because its so difficult and frustrating.
Struggling to get a referral
March 6, 2023
I have been experiencing frequent headaches and when I discussed it with my doctor he dismissed me. I requested for further investigation and I kept being put off. I decided to use private GP and they diagnosed me with server stress and depression. My NHS GP failed me.
Generally good

Haven’t experienced any major problems, but not all pre pandemic services have returned.
Very efficient professional service at GP

Recently had to see GP. Got an appointment the morning i rang. The GP referred me for tests which I had a couple of days later. My follow up appointment was arranged by the surgery.
A very efficient professional and friendly service. Thank you!

The service was good until taken over by GPS
November 7, 2022
The service was brilliant until taken over by the GPS.
The GPs are brilliant when you get to see one.
Cannot get past the reception. Too many questions from receptionist who are not medically trained.
One receptionist is very rude.
Takes up to 40 minutes on the phone and when you call it tells you that you are in a queue of over 30.

Good treatment for high blood pressure
September 28, 2022
Most recently, I had a call from the GP to come in for a routine check and they found out that my blood pressure was high, they referred me to the clinic and ever since my blood pressure is normal now.
Waiting to see the doctor and medication
September 5, 2022
It is difficult for me to see the doctor, I have been ill for a while now and every time I need the doctor I am told to wait for 8 weeks or if its serious I have to go to A&E. I will be easy to see the doctor rather than going to the A&E to put more pressure on the NHS.
I had an excellent experience at GP in March
August 31, 2022
I had an excellent experience here in March this year. I had a phone consultation and was called in to see the GP the next day. She was thorough, took her time with the consultation. I didn't feel rushed. She listened to my concerns and it was positive experience after several years of not having visited my GP.
Difficult to get appointments
August 27, 2022
I’m next of kin (son) who arranges doctors visits etc for a vulnerable adult. I live 30/40 minutes drive away.
- the appointment service they offer is extremely limited and hard to access. I have had to argue to obtain an appointment time - suitable for both my mother and I
- no blood pressure service available at the surgery
- long wait times on telephone
- call back service for appointments only rings 3 times- that’s 3 rings on the phone - so their phone cuts out before one has entered the 6 digit pass number on a mobile phone
I’ve found the doctors to be very helpful both in 121 and telephone appointments.
Fortunately I use a different health care practice in Warwickshire who provide a far far superior service to GPS.
