One of the female doctors here is really good and provides excellent care. She always organises follow ups and really listens during appointments.

The Castle Practice provide an outstanding service. They have been brilliant. Referrals have been made very quickly, which I have been extremely satisfied with.

Short wait for appointments but good service

My experience with this practice has been good. I am sometimes waiting 2 or 3 days for an appointment but the service provided and communication from my doctor are both good.
Can't access physiotherapy exercises

The physiotherapist here wanted to give me some exercises to do at home and told me they would email them to me. I explained that I am not online and the email they have on record belongs to a relative that helps me organise appointments. They did not offer to provide these as a leaflet or suggest an alternative way of accessing them.
Misdiagnosed sepsis as heartburn

I was told that my issue was just heartburn but it was later found that I had sepsis.

This service is awful I can never get an appointment. The last time I tried I was told there were no appointments but I could book directly with the physiotherapist.

The surgery itself is good but I do sometimes struggle to get appointments. I usually book in advance but I can still end up waiting for some time.
Care is a mixed bag

It is hard to get appointments at this practice. Some of the doctors here are good but others can be dismissive and I don't feel like they listen or take on board my concerns.
