Service Improvement required

My wife is in hospital and they have misplaced my wife medication that was provided to them. They said they would provide her with the medications but this has not happened. I have had to come to the surgery to check if the prescription has been requested and if not then to put the request in for them as wife needs them. The hospital have a pharmacy on site and should be providing all the necessary medications.
A&E & Walk In Clinics in Solihull requirement

It is a shame the Solihull A&E has gone along with the Walk-in clinics as this would be more accessible for mums with children in case of emergencies and prevent having to go to heartlands which has long waiting times

Would like to A&E and urgent clinics reopening. The service was close and accessible with could be accessed through public transport

I had two operations done in the hospital and the experience was great. Great health care works and I was looked after well.

Not being allowed to bring someone with me to the hospital to interpret for me to understand and feel comfortable. I get anxiety everytime I have to go to the hospital

I was referred to the hospital to see a physiotherapist, Neurologist and rheumatologist. It has been 3 years since I was referred to the rheumatologist and I still have not heard anything.
I have had no appointments from any of the departments and I am still awaiting to hear and no follow upcalls has been received.

The general service has been fine once in the hospital, however the waiting times to have an appointment are far too long as well as not being allowed to support relatives with appointments
