Excellent oncology team

The oncology team here are really good. Everyone is lovely and the continuity of care is excellent. They really get to know you and treat you with respect.

I have been visiting the dermatology department for around 6 months and they've been very good. I'm really happy, my consultant was brilliant.
Long wait in pain for colonoscopy

I have been waiting a long time for my colonoscopy appointment to come through which is very upsetting as I'm in pain. I don't think they have the staff and resources to sort it in reasonable time. Otherwise I have no complaints about this hospital.
Amazing cataract treatment and follow on

I have been coming here regularly for ophthalmology care for a few years due to cataracts. They have been amazing and always communicate things well in advance. The staff are very systematic and friendly here.
Amazing inpatient experience

I stayed here as an inpatient for more than 3 months and my experience during that time was amazing. Thy were very efficient and caring. The staff were very empathetic and helpful throughout. They always went through everything in detail and gave me a lot of information. The volunteers were also very helpful in guiding me around the hospital.

I waited 2 years for my Parkinson's tests but when I was seen I was pleased with the hospital itself. It was lovely, very clean and bright.

The dermatology department is absolutely fine. They listened to my concerns and we decided to change to a different type of therapy for my issue.

I've had an absolutely brilliant experience here. The communication is very good and I get reminders sent through by text, calls and letters so I always receive them. It's really good.
