Marston Green Surgery

I find it impossible to get a face to face appointment. Telephone appointments are more available, but still hard to get. You can book advance appointments online but when you try and book there are only one or two available for the next month. Its as though doctors no longer want to see their patients, and is as if they are avoiding touching people to examine them. I was supposed to have a follow up appointment with a doctor but 5 months later I have still not had this appointment.

Marston Green surgery is excellent. The receptionists are very good, I have no problems getting appointments with the nurse practitioners when I need to be seen. They are very good, and provide a great service.

I can normally get an appointment when I need one. Sometimes this is a telephone appointment, but that is not a problem. I have been experiencing ongoing medical problems. The doctors have been good, monitoring and treating my symptoms, but with no improvement they have now referred to the hospital. I have been happy with the service and think it is time that I am referred on to be assessed by a specialist.

The doctors are very good but it can be very difficult to get an appointment. I spend a lot of time waiting to get through on the telephone. Things really should be back to normal by now but things have never returned to how they were before the pandemic.

I am very happy with the surgery. I am registered at Manor House Lane Surgery but I quite often attend the Marston Green Surgery. The staff are nice, the doctors are great and I always have a good experience here.

I have been a patient here for over 20 years and I have no complaints. The doctors are very good. I have recently attended for physio due to a back problem and have found them helpful.

My experience of the surgery has been very good. I can usually get an appointment when I need one. I am happy with the service and care received.

I manage my diabetes well myself, but I have not had a diabetes check up since the covid pandemic.

I use the app to book appointments. You can book two weeks in advance. I find that emergency appointments are easily accessible too.

Booking appointments is an absolute joke. You spend 30 minutes holding on the line to talk to someone, and by that time the appointments are all gone and you are told to call back tomorrow. The system does not work, and the lack of access to my doctors is preventing me from getting the care I need. It is impacting my mental health and my quality of life. The doctors are really good, when you can see them.
