An excellent surgery easy to access

My experience of Marston Green Surgery has been excellent. I can always access appointments when I need one, and the doctors are very good.

I try to avoid one particular doctor here but the others are great. Trying to get through on the phones for an appointment is a nightmare. You also can't book appointments in advance or go in person to book in.

Sent elsewhere for appointments

I can't get appointments here and am instead sent to Bosworth Medical Centre. They also won't provide annual thyroid check ups.
Difficult getting in and can't see the same doctor

I find it difficult to get appointments here and the website isn't great. The receptionists are helpful but even once I get in I can't see the same doctor every time.

Perfect ongoing diabetes care

I visit every 6 months for diabetes reviews. The ongoing care is perfect, they always give me time to talk about my concerns and talk through any test results which is very helpful.
