Marston Green Surgery

I haven't been able to see the midwife here but I haven't really needed to so that's alright.

They are good when you can get an appointment but you can't always get in and have to see different doctors each time.

I cannot see my midwife here which is disappointing.

I have been unable to get a face to face appointment for some time. I have only been offered telephone appointments and the last time I needed one I had to wait two weeks. The receptionists tend to be unhelpful and ignorant.

It is difficult to get appointments, which is difficult for me because I have a long term condition. I have regular blood tests with the nurse, and that service is good.

The doctors have provided a good level of treatment and great continuity of care. They were quick to refer me following unsuccessful treatment of my ailment, and my referral appointment came through quickly. I have been very happy with the service and care provided.

I am finding it increasingly difficult to book an appointment. It is hard to get through on the telephone and they will not allow me to book an appointment in person by attending the surgery. This is very concerning and I am not happy with the service they are currently providing.

They have been very good. I have been struggling with my mental health and they have been a great support.

The staff are very polite and will offer an appointment when available, even signposting to another service should one not be available at my own surgery.
