I am always seen within 24 hours

I have pre-existing medical conditions and can become unwell very quickly. The surgery is fantastic, and I am always seen within 24 hours of me calling in for an appointment. I really cannot fault them. The reception staff are great. The doctors always have time for me, and offer excellent treatment.

Phoning the surgery can be a bit of a nightmare, but the reception staff are very helpful. The doctors are great, and the nurses are lovely.

I find the surgery very good, the receptionists are helpful and the doctors are good. I can usually get an appointment if it is an emergency and I need to be seen. At times it can be difficult.

My experience of the surgery has been great. I can get an appointment when I need one. The reception staff and doctors are great.
Hard to get appointments/long waiting times

Waiting times for appointments are too long. In the past I had paid privately to access GP care due to the struggle with appointments.
Disappointing due to lack of appointments

There are never appointments available. I have to wait for over 30 minutes to have calls answered. It appears that they are understaffed, and it is disappointing that they no longer seem to be going ahead with the new surgery.

Getting an appointment is a poor experience, and when I do get an appointment I always see different doctors.

I find it quite easy to get appointments. The receptionists are very helpful. I find the doctors very good.
Hard to get an appointment

My experience has not been good because of the difficulties experienced trying to get appointments. It is hard to get through to a receptionist and it is quite normal to be holding for over 30 minutes.
