Waiting times for appointments are too long. In the past I had paid privately to access GP care due to the struggle with appointments.

There are never appointments available. I have to wait for over 30 minutes to have calls answered. It appears that they are understaffed, and it is disappointing that they no longer seem to be going ahead with the new surgery.

Getting an appointment is a poor experience, and when I do get an appointment I always see different doctors.

I find it quite easy to get appointments. The receptionists are very helpful. I find the doctors very good.

It can be difficult to get an appointment. I recently sought help from the GP for my son who is waiting for an autism assessment. He really struggles to sleep which impacts his daily life. The only medication they could prescribe did not work but they are unable to offer anything else, and we have to wait to see a peadiatrician.
