Difficulty getting an appointment

Not the best experience because it is so hard to get an appointment.
Lack of face to face appointments

Telephone appointments with the doctor are always offered but I would prefer face to face appointments which I am unable to get. Reception staff are friendly and try their best to help.
Approachable reception staff and good doctors

The surgery is easy to get in touch with. It can be hard to get a doctors appointment but the reception staff are approachable and helpful and the doctors are very good.
Difficult to book blood test appointment

This surgery used to be very good but recently everything is delayed and slow. They call me to get my blood test done but they do not give me any appointment for it. Then I have to book appointment myself which takes almost 2 weeks to get one.
Receptionists show no compassion

The receptionists are absolutely incompetent and rude. They hung up the phone on me multiple time and give me lots of wrong information.
It takes a while to get blood test results

The GP is good sometimes and sometimes they get everything wrong. I just take it day by day.
A lot of support for my mental health

The GP has gone a bit better lately, I have seen a mental health nurse for support and I am happy am not given any medication.
All the staff are good at the surgery

When you contact the surgery, the staff do answer straight away but when they are busy, they do not answer.
All the nurses and doctors are good. They do help you and they give you a lot of information.
I had to contact the surgery regarding pain in my ribs and pain in my thumb. I spoke to the GP about it. They referred me to Heartlands hospital for an X-ray to be done for my rib and thumb. I received an appointment for the following day for an x-ray to be done.
The receptionist staff are polite, and they try to help as best as they can.

It's an okay service

For children it's very good but for me it can be very disappointing. The receptionist are always asking personal questions before deciding on whether I need to see the doctor or not.

During covid, it was absolutely impossible to see any health care professional. My situation got worse and I was taken to the hospital. After I came, home I still did not get any support from the GP
