Marston Green Surgery

Since the covid pandemic the service has declined. It's near on impossible get an appointment and they are not any better when trying to get an appointment for my children.

I find it difficult to get an appointment and have been lucky today as its not normally this easy to get in. It is normal to be holding on the telephone for over an hour. You cannot book appointments for later dates and its difficult to phone when the phone lines open due to work. The staff are ok.

It can be hard to get through on the phone to book an appointment. In the past I have been holding for a long time to then get an answer phone message. This can be frustrating. That said, I do usually manage to get an appointment when I need one and I cannot fault the service from the staff.

It's quite hard to get an appointment with a GP. I call when the phone lines open but its difficult to get through. You can no longer make an appointment at the reception desk, or in advance.

I have been having regular check ups with my midwife here. She is very friendly and helpful. The appointments go very well, and I am always seen on time. I recently struggled with contacting a midwife out of surgery hours but I have now been given up to date information on how to go about this and I do not think I will have the same problem again.

I rarely need to visit the GP surgery and regularly use the online prescription app. I find it very useful and has so far run very smoothly.

The nurse practitioners are outstanding I actually prefer seeing them to the GPs. They seem to have more time to listen to you.

Great service and care from doctors and nurses at this practice. Receptionists are friendly and helpful I never have difficulties getting an appointment.

My husband and I have both had extremely positive experiences at our surgery. Great ongoing care with multiple medical ailments and recent full health screening. It feels like things are going back to normal since the pandemic.

Great care from nurses who I see regularly at the surgery. Doctors are good too and I can usually get an appointment when I need one.
