Waiting to see the doctor take so long

I have to wait a long time for my routine appointments and if I need to see the doctor urgently they find a way to fit me in, unless I say am dying then they quickly find appointment for me.
Poor communication with service users

I feel anxious every time I need to contact the GP. I have had nasty responses from receptionists in the past and they do not even try to help with enquiries.
Prescriptions wrong every month, some reception

For 2 years plus they get my husband's scripts wrong every month. GPs don't call when you have an appt booked and when they do, they call the wrong number. They are just incompetent and unhelpful.
Brilliant online service

The surgery has been brilliant for me and my family. I have used the online service which is very quick and helpful. I booked a nurse is she contacted me on the same day. Also, for my kids it was straight away from online to face-to-face with the doctor

The online services are excellent, and I use them out of sheer frustration trying to phone the surgery and I had to wait for so long.
Long time until appointment and staff sound drained

Tried to ring doctors to get an appointment and they said the closest appointment to see them was 14th September. I also needed to do a repeat prescription and was on the phone waiting for them to answer for nearly 2 hours. The staff sound drained.
No issues at all, treat people fairly

Have been in touch for various things and the odd hoc up but they are doing their best.
Cannot get through on phone or get a gp appt

If you turn up at reception and queue for 15 mins you will be offered a telephone appt for that day. You will be diagnosed without being seen. Medication is offered without a physical check up.
Doctors never ring you

Have had booked appointments and doctor never rings so have to keep chasing up. Also, they always mess up my hubby meds.
