No issues at all, treat people fairly

Have been in touch for various things and the odd hoc up but they are doing their best.
Cannot get through on phone or get a gp appt

If you turn up at reception and queue for 15 mins you will be offered a telephone appt for that day. You will be diagnosed without being seen. Medication is offered without a physical check up.
Doctors never ring you

Have had booked appointments and doctor never rings so have to keep chasing up. Also, they always mess up my hubby meds.

For well over 6 months in a row, I have had constant problems with getting a regular prescription and doctor's notes. It makes you feel hopeless and have zero confidence in the surgery. If you require these things regularly like me, then it feels like a dice roll as to whether you get them on time or not or at all. I personally am very polite to the staff, even after all the trouble and stress they cause me. But this is beyond a joke now. Please fix it already.

They found a lump 8 weeks ago and I have to wait 5 weeks to get referral. I had to go private to get checked before it was too late.
Mixed Experience

In my experience i've had a mixed experience regarding healthcare which may have varied due to the effects from the pandemic and during it I felt that I wasn't able to access health services though i believe that was a national experience. Although near the end of the pandemic when i got a telephone appointment the GP seemed quite dismissive which could still be due to time restrictions. However the next appointment i had was with a different GP and was just as brief but this time i felt heard since the GP explored my main concerns. Focused on ICE and came up with a plan going forward and carried out appropriate safety vetting.

Since the pandemic Hobs moat medical practice are still not very good at seeing you in person. They just dish out meds for multiple months at a time
