Excellent nurses

Excellent nurses who go above and beyond to still give b12 injections on top of their busy schedules giving out Covid injections.Very grateful as this is something that affects my day to day life if I do not receive it.

Contacted the surgery and received a phone call with in 2 hrs. Very helpful GP pharmacist who prescribed medication for asthma exacerbation. Reached my pharmacy within 15 mins.
Working hard in these odd times
September 25, 2020
When others are complaining they can’t get through to their practices, I am lucky to be registered with one that is not part of a big group. Yes, if you call first thing, it is busy but I left it 30 minutes or so and was answered immediately by a cheery and helpful receptionist, by end of day had prescription sent direct to pharmacy and now feeling better. Thanks all

Responsive and professional. Reception staff are very pleasant. Not too difficult to get an appointment. We've had some issues with getting prescriptions changed but other than that very pleased with our care.
Hard to get an appointment
December 12, 2019
Too difficult to get an appointment unless you walk there. there is no merger here so they cant refer you if there's no appointments so ive got no choice. Online booking is a 2 week wait so i just go to the walk-in which even they say, lots of people everyday come from hobs moat.
Unfair advantage to people on foot
December 12, 2019
People who are able to go to the surgery on foot seem to get an unfair advantage over those who cant.
