Nothing bad to say, the doctors have been really good to me even during covid. My mother was critically ill during covid and they sent a doctor home to visit. My mum could have ended up in hospital and never came back home. I am grateful for the whole team

I took my mother for her appointment and it was great, the doctor was awesome and she received her scheduled appointments too.
Mostly phone appointments and process taking too long

Only 1 face to face appointment, it always phone calls. I have been fast tracked for bowel cancer and I would have loved to have a face to face appointment. I have been very worried, I spoke to 5 different DOCTORS AND STILL NO GOOD. I have complained to the practice manager as this has taken too long. I'm very disappointed that I have had to chase all my appointment myself.

I am a doctor and I work from 9:00am till 17:00pm, I can not wait on the phone for long to book appointment. Online appointments takes long to be processed.

Dr Khan is very excellent and really cares. She listens to her patients and makes it easy for me to open up to her.

I had a blood test and I wanted to know my results, the reception told me they could not give it to me without the consent of my doctor because there were concerns about my blood test. I am a doctor myself so I expected the GP surgery to communicate with me straight away if there were some concerns about my blood test results. It took weeks before I got any information regarding my own health.

Doctors are good but trying to get through to get an appointment is near to impossible.
The queues are long but they do offer call back service so you are not kept on hold on the phone which helps.

Not helpful receptionist

The receptionist told me to call the hospital for my discharge letter because she could not find it on them system. The reception was not very helpful and very rude.
Impossible to get appointment

It is impossible to get any appointment, I could understand that due to covid there were no face to face appointments, but even now when all restrictions have been removed its still hard to get in. I am not allowed to go in to speak with the reception. I have to phone and always on hold. I put in repeat prescription request and did not get it back. Rang the doctor and they said they did not have anything on their system. I was out of my heart tablets for 4 days and I had to wait for a week before the doctor's could sort out my prescription.
