Poor communication within services

I do not speak good English and since I have been accessing my GP, it is always difficult to get someone to understand me. I think they need to have good interpreters for support individuals like me.
Unprofessional receptionist

The receptionist at the surgery are rude and unprofessional. They like to talk at the back room about the patients. I have made a formal complain to the service manager.
Good quality booking system

I think it is great at Yewtree medical centre with the call back system that allows me to book appointment in advance. Also Yewtree late night pharmacy are brilliant, friendly and professional.
Improvements to access GP appointment

The merge of healthcare surgeries at GPS has made it extremely difficult to get appointment, although improvements have been made.
Poor quality of care

The quality of care was awful before the pandemic, but now its a joke. It is causing avoidable harm to the patients and the complaints never gets to anyone because nothing has changed. I had to go private and pay for a proper diagnosis.
Rude receptionists at GP surgery

There are 2 receptionist at the surgery, they just want to make my life difficult. They are rude, no respect for service users. Am even concern about how they treat elderly people who are vulnerable.
Poor communication within services

I find the receptionists to be very rude and they lack communication skills. They don't look at you when talking to them, they are always busy chatting with themselves and not paying attention to the patients. If the front desk is not functioning well then I don't know what happens behind.
Cannot get through

I never get through and once I get through I am told to go to the pharmacy.
Nurses at the surgery are very caring

The nurses are very lovely and professional, whenever I have an appointment with them to check my blood pressure or have a blood test, they treat me with so much kindness. I know they have a lot going on but still I feel grateful to them. The government need to take care of nurses.
Amazing staff and doctors during covid

When I was going through a difficult time during covid, the staff and doctors were all responsive and they will call and check on my husband who was very ill.
