If you eventually get through there are never appointments, not even call from GP. I just don’t understand how there are no appointments, when doctors are seeing less patients. How can doctors diagnose patients when not seen ??

Don’t answer the phone very often when they do receptionist say no appointment phone again tomorrow you phone again tomorrow and that goes on Monday to Friday and still no appointment

Never have I experienced such anxiety, stress & blatant disregard for they're patients as I have found Croft Medical Centre. Phone lines always busy, no appointments

Nightmare trying to get to speak to a doctor. Once you do you I have been patronised a handful of times or sometimes met with a tone of hurrying. Was told once if I'm not on medication for mental health, I can't possibly have mental health issues... really worrying behaviour to effectively demand everyone must take drugs or give up hope of help or recognition. An attitude fueled by big pharma no doubt. On a positive note, the receptionists have improved their attitude of late so kudos to them. They weren't friendly for a long time before late.

Can’t get appointment you are on the phone for about half an hour the the receptionist say phone again tomorrow then you phone again in the morning and she say phone again tomorrow and that carries on until you give up phoning or you go to the hospital

been trying for 2 yrs to get in to see them even registered online still cant get an appointment they are terrible

Had problems with joints / walking after endless nagging got blood tests then had symptoms of blood clot still couldn't get to see a doctor took myself A & E clot found . Been no interaction with the surgery as such Had further issues couldn't get appointment had to go Out of Hours Hurst Lane weekend appointment, got sent to hospital suspect clot plus high blood pressure . Doctor's GP delay four weeks over on my prescription for blood thinners.

Trying to get an appointment for a medication , that they say I need is impossible.

Tend to have a regular turnover of GPs and Locums are often used. Sometimes, you need to see a GP who knows you.

It is impossible to get through to the reception to make appointments. Wait is always at least 45 -60 minutes despite calling as soon as phone lines open at 8am. By this time all appointments are taken. Majority of reception staff are very rude.
