Can not get through and receptionist

The receptionist response is always that the doctor is busy, no appointment without asking me any further questions. sometimes the receptionist tells me to go to the A&E if its urgent and I can't wait.
Can not get through or see the GP

I have waited for 3 years to have face to face with the GP, everything is phone consultation. I have to take pictures of my skin rashes and send it to them.

Can't get appointment to see my GP for after I had my hip replacement. Since 2019 I have been waiting for my shoes that supports me because of my hip operation. I had to pay for it.

My medications have stopped and I have been calling the GP for new prescription. The GP is not responding to my calls and am desperate.

Can not get appointments and when you speak to someone they advise to ring back the next day when they have no availability. This is not always applicable if i have to go to work.
Do not go anymore to the surgery because it is very difficult to get face to face appointments or even get to speak to any one. If there is any issues you are left in a limbo.

The gp are good when you are able to get hold off them.
The phone system needs to be improved, too many people calls at 8am and the chances of getting appointment is zero as they are all gone because of the long queue.
The line is constantly engaged and no ring back service offered
I had to chase test results for 24 hour heart monitoring i had from the hospital.
Positive - I am under the mental health nurse at the GP practice and they offer a good service. I get regular appointments for reviews.

When I was pregnant and was not well, my GP never saw me face to face. They always tell me to go to A&E .

Not worth calling because no one answers the phone. when I manage to get through they ask me to go to A&E.

Waiting long queue on the phone for appointment. Ended up going A&E and waited for 9 hours before being seen. I was given anti depressants and told to see my GP.
