My son was having serious mental health issues and was threatening to end his life, I wanted the GP to see him and figure out options for him. I called and called and I never got any appointment to see the GP. The receptionist told me to call 111 for help. My son is now under mental health services and he is doing better. I still did not get a phone call from the doctor.

I find it hard to get and support from my GP for my addiction in the past. It was all charity support. As a black woman, I feel am being judged all the time. I can not even share my feelings with my GP because they will judge me.

It is hard to get an appointment. I damaged my back at the gym while I was doing what was recommended by the GP. When I phoned the GP the receptionist told me to take paracetamol.

I have a skin condition and I have tried to get the GP to see it and give my a proper advice. I am being told to send a picture rather. Its been going on for too long. The chemist told me that I need to see a dermatologist but my doctor has not seen me and therefore can't a referral.

I have been struggling to move around lately because of my knee, I called the GP and they have not still contacted me back to advice me on what to do. This is very upsetting and I am loosing my patience.

I cannot get through and its even difficult to get a call back, I have to wait for 3 days for a call back. The nurse was nice on the phone but she could not help me as she said I had to go to A&E.

Receptionists rude and cannot get seen even before covid.

I was told by the reception to go to A&E for my mental health breakdown because there were no appointment available for the next 2 months. To be honest I never get through and when I do, I don't get the attention I need. I don't bother anymore to call the GP anymore.

When I was pregnant they always told me to go to the hospital when I was unwell. I will be waiting at the A&E for hours just to see a nurse. I was soo frustrated with my GP. The phone lines are always busy and can never get through to get any advice.

Pre covid I never got to see the GP. I have been feeling unwell lately and I feel the need to see the GP. I have been trying and the reception says I do not need to see the doctor. I just want to speak with the doctor and not nurse or reception.
