I have attended regular appointments in the eye department. Appointments have always gone well. Treatment has been good, staff are friendly and informative. Overall a good experience.

Regular blood tests always a good experience

I attend Solihull hospital for regular blood tests. The hospital is easy to get to, parking is never a problem. Hospital itself is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. I'm always in and out quite quickly too which is great.

From once a month to every 2 to 3 months

I was attending for regular 4 weekly appointments. The service has declined and despite needing to be seen once a month the appointments now vary between every two to three months. I constantly have to chase the hospital for appointments. The service is not great.

Great cancer service

I had a procedure to remove skin cancer, I am happy that my GP was quick to spot it and refer me to the hospital.

Receptionist was unhelpful

Rheumatology department staff are not friendly and the lady at the reception is very rude. I refuse to use this service in future.

Very satisfied with hip surgery

I had my hip replacement at the hospital and it went very well, all the staff were supportive. The only little bit I was not happy with was not having my family around.
