However my recent appointment with Dr [name] , I was literally thrown out although I am still suffering with swollen and painful carves and knees. Blood pressure is low and I started new Sandrena for Menapause. I was told to get another appointment for any other issue. My thing is if I am their isn’t it better to see me and I had to wait extra time in reception. My son is badly suffering with some reaction which has lead his eczema to flare up his unable to attend university and getting no sleep as a result. Due to not getting through we have gone through vitality last Monday 04/05 and both waiting to be seen. I need blood test still no call on the 9/05. Not sure how this report was produced ?

Trying to contact surgery about elderly parent

Police and ambulance crew involved in parents. Dr and care practitioner really good but unable to get through to speak. Desperate for help. On phone for absolutely ages despite starting at 15 in the queue. Told to ring back three times. Now still waiting. About 40 minutes so far. Still caller number 6. Desperate.

Very poor

Cannot get through on phone after numerous calls over weeks. When I did there were no appointments for a month and they would not book further ahead. No indication of when appointments would open to book. Told to call at 8am for an on day appointment but cannot get even into a queue and these should be kept for urgent matters.

Can’t get through to them over the phone

It took 1 hour 8 minutes to talk to a human. Told a doctor would ring back later that afternoon between 3.30pm and 5.30pm. No one rang. Gave up as I work full time and don’t have the time to wait over an hour to speak to someone.

No improvement with phones

It is impossible to get through on the phones. Thankfully you can go to a surgery and book face to face appointments. But if you are too ill or unable to get to a surgery you can’t get through on the phones.

Diabolical service. Not Fit For Purpose

You cannot get an appointment even after being on hold for around 1hr, sometimes longer. All they offer is a phone consultation some 2 weeks later or make try to make a diagnosis via photo/video call. This is not a suitable service. Not fit for purpose.
