SHP - Haslucks Green Medical Centre

The service is not great can never get through on the phone system and appointments limited.
Having been a surgery 37 years since SHP taken over its been very poor.

Excellent service, great nurse and really good with aids.

Very helpful and considerate.
Regular appoints and reviews on medications and check ups

Moved last November to Solihull. seen the doctor twice and each time the service has been very good and you manage to get appointments easily within a day generally.

No asthma reviews in person in over 2 years
Child pediatric appointment referral was made in sept 2020 - still awaiting to be seen in person. Received a telephone appointment for July 2022

Really good service, have had no issues getting appointments for me and my daughter.
Prefer to walk in vs calling & staff have been super helpful

Very nice surgery. GP are very good. I have not accessed the service since covid though as was not able to see the gp during covid.
Get regular medication reviews and appointments.
There was no contact during covid but they are now getting back in touch.

No communication between the SHP, very difficult to get information on my medical record

However my recent appointment with Dr [name] , I was literally thrown out although I am still suffering with swollen and painful carves and knees. Blood pressure is low and I started new Sandrena for Menapause. I was told to get another appointment for any other issue. My thing is if I am their isn’t it better to see me and I had to wait extra time in reception. My son is badly suffering with some reaction which has lead his eczema to flare up his unable to attend university and getting no sleep as a result. Due to not getting through we have gone through vitality last Monday 04/05 and both waiting to be seen. I need blood test still no call on the 9/05. Not sure how this report was produced ?
